NARAL Pro-Choice America
NARAL Pro-Choice America, the nation’s oldest abortion rights advocacy organization, and its 2.1 million member activists fight for reproductive freedom in every state. As the digital design manager, I conceptualized, planned and designed everything for the organization. In digital this includes social media content, email banners and infographics, motion graphics, videos and websites. This work has included several major projects across NARAL’s programs and operations, including the launch of new websites and branding to more than 20 state affiliates and chapters.
Executing NARAL’s brand goes beyond the digital space. I created materials that reached members and the public at every touchpoint. I conceptualized everything from fundraising event save the dates and invitations, to mailers and step-and-repeats. I organized and prioritized requests from every department, including field, where I designed petitions, toolkits and canvassing materials. Some of my favorite projects were merchandise and collateral, where I worked with printers to see NARAL’s branding come to life on thousands of signs during a march or protest.
The rebranding of NARAL has transformed the organization’s visual identity into a cohesive brand that better represents a strong leader in the reproductive rights space, having a sizable impact on brand membership, campaign effectiveness, and earned media coverage.
